Undergraduate and Graduate HR majors welcomed! Entry level skills and experience within the Human Resources discipline or similar background. Experience with Microsoft office software. Must have a laptop.

Availability required:
DAYTIME/WEEKDAY availability is needed.


Responsibilities & Duties :

Advise clients on the administration and best practices of HR policies and procedures.
Serve as an internal consultant by analyzing the clients’ current HR program; recommending HRP solutions.
Able to identify clients’ needs to revise and implement organization policies.
Conduct comprehensive HR site audits to identify risks and compliance issues.
Evaluate the clients’ business operations to determine staffing efficiencies.
Coordinate training sessions on various HR topics such as leadership and sexual harassment.
Assist employers with developing succession and business contingency planning.
Develop methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects
Assists with developing, coordinating and recommending changes for the improvement of the workflow.
Execute a full-cycle recruitment strategy.
Aptitude to understand various business operations to create performance metrics and tracking recommendations.
